Dozent(in) für die Grundlagen der Wirtschaftspsychologie (m/w/d) (freiberufliche Basis)
Das Modul Grundlagen der Wirtschaftspsychologie ist Teil des Bachelor-Studiengangs Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Management (B.A.) und wird in deutscher Sprache offered.
The module includes the following contents:
- Die Psychologie als Wissenschaft
- Geschichte der Psychologie
- Schulen der Psychologie
- Ansätze der Psychologie
- Teildisziplinen der Psychologie
- Einordnung der Wirtschaftspsychologie
- Zentrale Handlungsfelder der Wirtschaftspsychologie
- Methodik der Psychologie und Wirtschaftspsychologie
- Ausgewählte Themen der Wirtschaftspsychologie
Your profile:
- Sie verfügen über für die Stelle einschlägige Studienabschlüsse, idealerweise in Psychologie oder Wirtschaftspsychologie.
- In addition, you can demonstrate a special aptitude for academic work by completing a doctorate.
- Sie verfügen bereits über mehrjährige Lehrerfahrung im Bereich der Wirtschaftspsychologie an einer Hochschule.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in distance learning and in the development of media-supported distance learning courses and study materials.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.
Your tasks:
- Imparting scientifically sound knowledge with a high degree of practical relevance
- Durchführung von Online-Präsenzvorlesungen
- Creation of instructional videos for asynchronous use
- Betreuung und Korrektur von Prüfungsleistungen (Hausarbeit mit Präsentation)
- Individual support for students

- Sie verfügen neben den für die Stelle einschlägigen Studienabschlüssen, idealerweise in der Wirtschaftsinformatik, auch über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C2), da die Lehre in englischer Sprache durchgeführt wird.
