VWL online course at Allensbach University: General information

At Allensbach University of Applied Sciences, we not only offer an online economics course, but also Three courses with different topics on. These are two modules from the Bachelor Business Administration-degree course and a module from our Master's degree courses. You can have the work you have completed credited towards a later degree course. This can shorten your study time by a few months.

The order in which you take the VWL online courses is entirely up to you. You can also take just one or two courses. However, if you are planning to study business administration online, it is advisable to take all three modules. Depending on the module, the costs are 375 euros or 990 euros. VWL Online Course 1: Fundamentals of Microeconomics

The first economics online course that we offer at Allensbach University focuses on the Fundamentals of microeconomics in the foreground. You will acquire a sound basic knowledge in the field of economics, as you will certainly need this in your new role. You will learn to recognize and explain general economic principles.

VWL Online Course 2: Fundamentals of Macroeconomics

The economics online course "Fundamentals of Macroeconomics" has a scope of 6 ECTS.

An important aspect of this module is the Behavior of households and companies on the goods, money and labor markets. Combining theoretical models of macroeconomics and describing real economic development are further skills that participants acquire in this module.

VWL Online Course 3: Fundamentals of Monetary Policy and International Financial Markets (10 ECTS)

The Monetary policy is an important pillar of economics. In the third module of the economics online course, you will deal with this subject area in detail. Economic fluctuations and their significance for the financial markets are covered, as is the Eurosystem. The topic of interest rates also plays an important role in this course.
