Innovation management training: The contents at a glance

If you opt for our innovation management course, you will complete a module from the Allensbach University Master's program. For this you will receive 10 ECTS credited to the Master's degree program M.A. Business Management and the MBA General Management can be credited. The focus of innovation management training is on Fundamentals of innovation management and the innovation process. They deal with the question of what innovations are and why they are necessary. Participants learn what makes innovations successful and what contributions new inventions make to economic development and the market success of companies.

After the introductory part, the participants deal with further aspects of innovation management. This includes, for example, the question of how innovations are introduced and managed in the market. You will also learn how innovations are managed, discovered, specified and implemented. You will be given an overview of how an innovation is developed from specification to implementation.
