Biography

Lawyer Dr. Patrick Rösler is Chairman of the Management Board of FCH Gruppe AG, where he is responsible in particular for strategic issues, including establishing the group of companies as a knowledge provider in the digital age. The FCH Group offers further training in the form of seminars, learning videos, WBTs, books, specialist journals and newsletters etc. as well as consulting and compliance for the banking industry.

Before joining the FCH Group in 2002, Patrick Rösler was head of the commercial and banking law editorial department at the publishing house C.H. Beck in Munich and was in-house counsel in the legal department at the headquarters of Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt am Main. There he dealt primarily with banking law, in particular (consumer) credit law and real estate financing issues.

He is distinguished by numerous lectures and publications in books, trade journals, and daily newspapers. Furthermore, he is a member of the editorial board of BKR and, as publisher of Finanz Colloquium Heidelberg, is responsible for the company's publishing activities. Since January 2019, Patrick Rösler has held the professorship for Business and Banking Law at Allensbach University of Applied Sciences. As of January 2026, he will be the Rector of Allensbach University of Applied Sciences.
