Continuing education in human resources management: General information

Our Further training in personnel management includes two modules of the Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration. As part of the training course, you will learn about the processes involved in company takeovers and mergers.

Another important area of your training is the Personnel development. The spectrum of content ranges from needs analysis to performance appraisal. The instruments of psychology-oriented personnel development and the Employee motivation play a role in the course of further training.

The learning materials are made available to you via the Internet. There is no compulsory attendance or attendance events. You learn part-time and can organize your time freely.

Consolidation of business management knowledge

Further training in personnel management aims to improve your deepen business knowledge. The focus is on the experience and behavior of people as participants in economic processes. Among other things, you will deal with the question of which working conditions promote the performance and motivation of employees.

The first module (Human Resources Management / 6 ECTS) informs you about all important areas of personnel management - from personnel selection to dismissal. Various management tools and styles are also covered in the HR management course.

In the second module of the personnel management training (Work and organizational psychology / 12 ECTS), you will learn which factors increase satisfaction with your own work. The following topics are also on the program:

• Concepts of training research in the context of training and further education measures

Credits and crediting to the Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration

The certificates of achievement are issued in the form of Term papers and exams provided. You can take your exams at one of our nationwide examination centers - so you avoid a long journey.

After successfully completing the Human Resources Management course, you will receive a University certificate as well as a credit of 18 ECTS points. You can have these credited towards the online business studies course. This means you won't lose any time if you decide to join a fully-fledged Bachelor's degree course.

Admission, duration and costs

You do not need any certificates or certificates of achievement to enrol on the Human Resources Management course. If you subsequently enroll in the Online degree program in Business Administration However, if you want to start a degree course, you will need a general higher education entrance qualification or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences.
