Building on this, you will acquire in-depth knowledge of learning situations and complex teaching-learning arrangements based on current learning psychology, pedagogical and didactic theories. You will learn to apply didactic process and structure models, including condition analysis, goal formulation and methodical implementation.
The focus is particularly on competence and action orientation, for example using the principle of complete action. In addition, you will deal with the differentiation of action and social forms as well as with inclusion-related teaching and learning.
The selection of suitable methods for action-oriented teaching and the planning of suitable examination formats, from formative to summative assessments, are also among the central building blocks. The certificate is rounded off with content on digital didactics and developing your digital literacy.
