Allensbach University ranks among „Germany's Best Employers 2026“
The DQBG German Quality and Appraisal Society UG has recognized Allensbach University for its employer attractiveness, fair working conditions, and a sustainable corporate culture.
The Allensbach University of Applied Sciences Constance has been recognized in the independent study „Germany's Best Employers 2026“ by DQBG Deutsche Qualitäts- & Bewertungsgesellschaft with the title „Germany's Best Employers 2026.“ The study is based on a three-pillar model consisting of a representative population survey, AI-supported online analysis, and an supplementary evaluation of a company questionnaire. „The award is an important signal from the job market for us. It confirms that we are convincing as an employer through attractiveness, fair working conditions, and a sustainable corporate culture – and that we must consistently continue to develop these standards,“ says Timo Keppler, Chancellor of the privately managed and state-recognized Allensbach University of Applied Sciences.
The DQBG bases the study on a rating scale of one to five stars and combines the results from three components. In addition to the population survey, an AI-based online analysis is used, which incorporates posts, comments, and ratings from social media, news portals, blogs, forums, and employer review platforms. According to the study volume, more than two million online contributions were identified and considered in the evaluation; additionally, 210,993 individual ratings flowed into the study. For the overall grade, a weighted average is formed: the „General Rating“ accounts for 50 percent, and four subcategories – „Future Viability,“ „Work-Life Balance,“ „Development & Training,“ and „Family Friendliness“ – are each considered 12.5 percent. Companies are included in the ranking if they have at least 25 ratings and reach a threshold of four stars.

Die Studiengänge der Allensbach Hochschule sind akkreditiert und als Fernstudiengänge konzipiert. Alle Studiengänge sind zusätzlich von der Staatlichen Zentralstelle für Fernunterricht (ZFU) zugelassen.
