Allensbach University is „Champion of the Year 2026“
FFor the Allensbach University, the DQBG seal „Champion of the Year 2026“ is an indicator that key quality dimensions such as trust, service quality, sustainability, and overall perception are viewed positively in a broad spectrum of opinions.
The Allensbach University of Constance has been awarded the „Champion of the Year 2026“ seal in the current study „Champion of the Year 25/26“ by the DQBG German Quality & Rating Company. The award is based on a combined methodology of a representative nationwide population survey and AI-supported online analysis, which systematically integrates multiple data sources. „For us, this award is a strong signal because it is not based on a single perspective. It reflects how the Allensbach University is perceived in key quality dimensions that are relevant for educational institutions and students alike,“ says Timo Keppler, Chancellor of the Allensbach University. The Allensbach University is a state-recognized private university in Baden-Württemberg. It offers part-time degree programs through distance learning, relying on a digital teaching and learning concept that combines online lectures and didactically prepared study materials.
In the study, the DQBG combines two survey strands. The representative population survey collected the direct assessments of the German-speaking population aged 18 and over; a standardized questionnaire with rating scales from one to five stars served as the survey instrument. A total of 385,721 individual ratings were recorded during the survey period from January 1 to September 30, 2025. In addition, the DQBG analyzes publicly accessible digital signals through AI-supported online analysis. For the qualitative analysis of numerous online data, it uses the DSCMI cycle (Define, Search, Crawl, Mine, Improve), which includes structured topic determination, data collection, AI-supported sentiment and association analysis, as well as manual plausibility and quality checks. The online database comprises over 2,500,000 online posts, reviews, and user opinions; freely accessible German-language websites, social media, forums, blogs, and online news are considered.
Companies in the study were rated on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. For inclusion in the study, the DQBG specifies minimum requirements: A company must achieve a total of at least 100 ratings from population surveys and online analysis, and achieve at least four stars in the overall result to be awarded. The overall result is based on a weighted average of four main categories: employer attractiveness, sustainability, service quality, and trust, each contributing 25 percent to the overall rating.
With a consistent digital Distance learning concept Through Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in economics designed to be flexible, the state-recognized university primarily reaches working professionals from Germany and Austria who want to pursue structured and practice-oriented academic further education or a part-time course of study. University and education experts consider digital learning models to be an essential element in the education sector, now and in the future. Digital learning enables flexibility, freedom, and self-determination. Students can begin their studies at the private university at any time and extend the standard period of study by up to 18 months without additional fees. The degree programs at Allensbach University are accredited and designed as distance learning courses. All degree programs are also approved by the State Central Office for Distance Learning (ZFU).
