Allensbach University awarded „Excellent Service 2026“

The DQBG German Quality and Assessment Association has recognized Allensbach University of Konstanz in the „Excellent Service 2026“ study. The basis for the assessment is a study that combines a Germany-wide population survey with an AI-supported analysis of publicly accessible online data.

The Allensbach University of Applied Sciences Konstanz has been recognized in the current study „Excellent Service 2026“ by DQBG Deutsche Qualitäts- & Bewertungsgesellschaft. The study examines the service quality of companies in Germany, taking into account direct ratings from a population survey as well as digital feedback from publicly accessible online sources. According to DQBG, 124,943 individual ratings from a nationwide population survey were collected for the study. In addition, DQBG analyzed more than 2.5 million online posts, reviews, and user opinions from freely accessible German-language websites, social media, forums, blogs, and online news. Companies were rated on a scale of one to five stars. Four equally weighted dimensions were incorporated into the overall result: service quality, accessibility and responsiveness, employee competence and friendliness, and customer satisfaction.

„The award for excellent service pleases us greatly because it concerns an area that is particularly important for distance learning. Those who study while working need not only good study materials and digital teaching offerings, but also reliable contacts, quick feedback, and study organization that works in everyday life,“ says Timo Keppler, Chancellor of Allensbach University. „Therefore, service quality is not a side issue for us, but an essential component of academic quality.“ The DQBG sees a growing importance of service quality for customer loyalty, recommendations, and market positioning. To receive the award, companies must obtain at least 30 ratings from population surveys and online analysis and achieve at least four stars in the overall result.

With its digital distance learning concept and flexibly designed bachelor's and master's degree programs in business administration, the state-recognized Allensbach University of Applied Sciences primarily reaches working professionals in Germany and Austria who.

„The renewed award shows that quality at a distance learning university has multiple levels. Academic content, digital teaching, and personal support must work together to make part-time study reliably possible. The DQBG's evaluation is a confirmation and a mandate for us to consistently maintain service quality in our academic operations,“ says Timo Keppler.
