9. Lake Constance Forum 2026 Crisis, Restructuring, and Turnaround

Oblivious to the transformation into insolvency?

The ninth Lake Constance Forum will take place this year on June 18 and 19, 2026, as the Constance Trialogue „Blind to the risk of transformation into insolvency? Early crisis detection as a game-changer for consultants, managers, and insolvency administrators“ in the Council of Constance.

In addition to speakers from the field of insolvency law, numerous representatives from business and academia will also be speaking at this year's forum.

The Lake Constance Forum for Crisis, Restructuring and Turnaround takes place for the ninth time this year. Cooperation partners are the Allensbach University of Applied Sciences and the German Institute for Applied Insolvency Law (DIAI). The event begins on the morning of June 18, 2026 with the first part and then proceeds to a boat tour across Lake Constance with a joint dinner and the opportunity for networking with participants, speakers, and presenters. The congress will continue on June 19, 2026 on the premises of the historic Konzil (large hall) in Constance and will conclude in the early afternoon.

The forum is recognized as mandatory training for tax consultants (DStV e.V.) and a certificate in the sense of § 15 FAO for 6 hours can already be requested with the registration. During the event, proof of attendance in the morning and afternoon must be provided by signing the attendance list.
