At the earliest possible date, our university has a vacancy for the position of

SEA/Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) 30-50 % Remote/Part-time

Your mission:

You are the driving force behind our performance campaigns and optimize our Google, Meta and LinkedIn lead generation campaigns on a daily basis.

Your tasks:

  • Independent management & daily optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) as well as Meta and LinkedIn Ads
  • Development & implementation of campaign strategies incl. A/B testing, remarketing & bid management
  • Keyword & target group optimization for more leads with better ROAS
  • Conversion tracking & attribution incl. HubSpot connection
  • Performance reporting & derivation of data-based recommendations for action

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in the field of marketing, data analytics, business informatics or comparable
  • At least 2 years of operational experience in performance marketing (Google Ads mandatory, Meta/LinkedIn an advantage)
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint desirable
  • Strong analytical skills, confident in GA4, Tag Manager & Tracking
  • Independent, structured and data-driven way of working
  • Industry background ideally from education, e-learning, digital services or products requiring explanation
