Employee (m/f/d) Prospect Counseling & Student Acquisition (Inbound, HubSpot/CRM) (100 %)

Your tasks

  • Initial and follow-up advice for prospective students with the aim of enrollment
  • Systematic processing of leads from marketing campaigns via our CRM HubSpot Professional Suite
  • Follow-up of interested parties (e-mail, telephone, video calls) until the start of the study program
  • Carrying out credit checks and admission checks
  • Advice on our Bachelor's (16 specializations) and Master's programs (4 programs)
  • Organization and implementation of online information events
  • KPI tracking (e.g. conversion rate of interested parties → enrolment) and continuous process optimization

Your profile

  • Completed studies (business, communication, marketing or comparable)
  • Experience in Student counseling, enrollment management or education marketingideally at a private university
  • Practice in CRM systems such as HubSpot (Professional Suite) or Salesforce (lead management, workflows, reporting)
  • Strong communication skills (written & oral, German C1)
  • Customer and sales-oriented thinking, pleasure in direct contact with interested parties
  • Independent, KPI-oriented way of working
