MBA with Specialization (120 ECTS)

• A first non-business degree (Bachelor's, State Examination, or Diploma from any type of university) with at least 180 ECTS.

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.

• Perfect if you hold a 180 ECTS Bachelor's degree and want to enhance your MBA with a specialization of your choice.

MBA without Specialization (90 ECTS)

• A first non-business degree with at least 210 ECTS.

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.

• Ideal if you already have a solid academic foundation and want a well-rounded MBA program without specialization.

Executive MBA (60 ECTS)

• A first non-business degree with at least 240 ECTS.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Designed for experienced professionals aiming to complete an accelerated MBA program.

English Language Proficiency

• English level C1 (Cambridge Certificate or equivalent).

• No test yet? Don't worry - there is a number of tests, which are accepted.

Important Note on ECTS Requirements

Your Bachelor's and Master's studies must add up to 300 ECTS in total.

• If you hold a 180 ECTS Bachelor's degree, you are eligible only for the 120 ECTS MBA track.

• If you hold a degree with 210 ECTS or more, you can freely choose between the 90 or 120 ECTS tracks.

• If you already have 240 ECTS, the Executive MBA (60 ECTS) is available to you.

Step-by-Step to Your MBA Success (4 Semesters, 120 ECTS)

Your MBA in General Management is carefully designed to combine academic excellence, practical relevance, and maximum flexibility. Each semester builds on the previous one, preparing you for leadership in today's fast-changing global business world.

Semester 1 - Build Your Business Foundation

In the three-semester MBA track, you complete one specialization module before starting your thesis.

Semester 4 - Master's Thesis & Colloquium

How Long Does the MBA Take - and What Degree Will You Earn?

Our MBA program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your personal schedule. Whether you study full-time or part-time alongside your career, you decide how fast you progress.

Standard Duration (Without Specialization) - 18 Months

You can complete your MBA in as little as 18 months. A free extension of up to 9 months is available, giving you a total of 18-27 months, depending on your individual pace.

Standard Duration (With Specialization) - 24 Months

If you choose a specialization, the standard duration is 24 months. With a free extension of up to 12 months, you may take between 24-36 months, depending on your needs.

Executive Track (Without Specialization) - 12 Months

For experienced professionals with a higher credit load, the Executive MBA track allows you to graduate in just 12 months. You may also extend by up to 6 months at no extra cost, giving you 12-18 months in total.

Start Anytime - Maximum Flexibility

There are no fixed start dates. You can begin your MBA whenever it suits you best - and structure your studies around your career and personal life.

Upon successfully completing all modules and examinations, you will be awarded the academic degree:
