• Planning and organization of study operations: They coordinate lectures and other courses to ensure a smooth course of study.
• Support and maintenance of the learning management system: They ensure that the learning management system contains up-to-date information and learning media. They are also integrated into the quality management system.
• Substitute tasks in the examination office: They support the Examinations Office as required and help to ensure that examinations are conducted.
• Collaboration in projects: You will be actively involved in projects to further develop our processes and IT systems, which will improve the organization and ultimately our students' studies.

Your profile:

• Strong communication skills and customer orientation: You enjoy working with people and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Organizational talent: You work in a structured and independent manner and have strong organizational skills.
• Team spirit: You are a real team player and enjoy working in a committed team.
• IT competence: You have a good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook). You are willing to familiarize yourself with new systems.
