I am Najat Qarhily, an architect and member of the Bavarian Chamber of Architects. I have been working in the construction industry since 2013, gaining valuable practical experience in planning, design, and project implementation. My goal was to develop professionally and personally beyond the traditional role of an architect. An MBA program seemed ideal for this, as I wanted to delve deeper into business administration and management issues without having to take a salary break.

After extensive research into various online universities, Allensbach University particularly impressed me with its excellent reputation, professional and friendly communication, practical and thematically relevant specializations, and a fair price-performance ratio. This decision has been fully validated for me. From the very beginning, I created a clear study plan to make my studies stress-free and successful. This worked very well – I even enjoyed learning.

I particularly liked the variety of learning materials: study letters, Moodle courses, and videos provided variety and made it easy to choose the right learning path depending on the situation. The exam formats were also practical and easy to integrate into professional life. The instructors were always available – whether by email or via Microsoft Teams – and were there to offer advice and support. This close supervision helped me a lot to stay motivated and achieve my goals.

Special thanks go to Dr. Keppler for her valuable support and guidance throughout my master's thesis. Her expertise, constructive feedback, and encouraging nature were instrumental in my successful completion. I deliberately took a bit more time for my studies, which was easily managed thanks to the flexible extension options.

Graduation brought a higher salary, more responsibility, and new career prospects.

The degree not only brought me a higher salary and more responsibility, but also opened up new career prospects. Of course, the discipline required to stick to the long-term schedule was sometimes a challenge – especially when professional and financial obligations coincided. However, with a clear structure, perseverance, and the support of the university, everything was manageable.

My personal tip for anyone planning a part-time degree program: Plan your time carefully from the start, stay realistic, and learn step by step. Get support in good time if anything is unclear – the team at Allensbach University is very helpful and committed.

And above all: Don't give up, keep your goal firmly in sight. 

For me, the MBA program at Allensbach University was one of the best decisions of my professional life.
