For the chat function, we use an interface between HubSpot and WhatsApp Business.

Please note that WhatsApp may independently process data (including metadata) on servers outside the EU.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as it concerns (pre-)contractual communication, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Order Processing and Data Transmission to Third Countries

We have concluded a data processing agreement with HubSpot in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. HubSpot also processes data on servers in the USA.
