Manager training - Option 1: Master's degree in Business Administration and Management

Our Master's program "Business Management" is a manager training program that will help you advance and sharpen your professional profile. The part-time Study program is limited to four semesters and is aimed at holders of a Bachelor's degree in economics who wish to qualify for higher-level positions in business. After graduating, you can work in companies of all sizes.

The 24-month manager training program is completed entirely online and ends with the acquisition of a internationally recognized Master's degree (120 ECTS). This entitles you to a doctorate and at the same time opens the doors to many interesting positions in prestigious companies. There are no compulsory attendance requirements.

As far as the content of the course is concerned, the first semester focuses on corporate management and strategic management, change management and sustainability as well as project and process management. The curriculum also includes scientific work and methods of empirical social research.

In the second and third semesters of your manager training, you will take the modules of the selected Specialization. You can currently choose from the following directions:

The central highlight of your management training is the preparation of the Master thesis. You will work on a problem from the subject areas of your degree program. Our lecturers provide intensive academic support and are available to you via all digital channels.

Prospective students from non-economic professional fields meet with the MBA program General Management a good choice. This broad-based management course is also designed for four semesters. If you already 210 ECTS (or more) in your account, you can complete the course in three semesters. Applicants with 240 ECTS can even reach their goal in just two semesters (Executive-Variante).

The course is geared towards day-to-day management practice and provides you with the skills you need to take on a management position. Here is a selection of the topics covered:
