Current ranking: Allensbach University among the leading providers of continuing education in Germany

Allensbach University has been recognized by "Focus Business" as a "Top Provider of Continuing Education 2020"

For the first time, the business magazine "Focus Business" presents the list of "Top providers of further education 2020". The award is based on a complex online analysis carried out using the "Social Listening" methodology. The private Allensbach University in Constance was identified as one of the leading providers of continuing education in 2020. Allensbach University is a state-recognized university in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg and offers various part-time Bachelor's and Master's programmes in the field of economics.

"The dimensions of reputation, familiarity and customer proximity were taken into account for the scoring. The providers were selected on the basis of the differently weighted evaluation criteria. The fact that we are among the best continuing education institutions in Germany is a great honor for us and shows us that our concept, which is consistently focused on quality, innovation and practical relevance, is exactly right," says Timo Keppler, Managing Director of Allensbach Hochschule GmbH and Chancellor of the university.

The private university was selected from around 20,000 providers of adult education programs, which were determined and tested according to tough criteria such as number of employees, online evaluations and learning concept. Among these, Allensbach University prevailed with its digital teaching and learning concept: "Allensbach University is fully committed to digitalization and relies on fully online-based lectures in its programmes, which take place in protected rooms and are recorded. Digital learning is supported by didactically high-quality study materials that students can work on at their own pace. A lecturer is always available to answer questions," says Rector Prof. Dr. Martin Reckenfelderbäumer.

Allensbach University's degree programs are accredited by the accreditation agency ZeVA and are designed as distance learning programs. All courses are also approved by the State Central Agency for Distance Learning (ZFU).

"Our focus is on providing practitioners with the opportunity to gain a recognized academic education while working and thus qualifying them for various career paths in promising industries and fields. To this end, we regularly develop new concepts, have a wide range of our own, always up-to-date study materials and work with lecturers and professors who have already proven themselves in practice. The 'Top Provider for Continuing Education 2020' award from Focus Business now also reflects this to the outside world," emphasizes Timo Keppler.
